Important Imformation
To apply for your space at WorldFair 2007, please complete this application form and fair trade statement and return them with your cheque as soon as possible.
Please note the new selection criteria as outlined in our letter.. We would like to point out that stall space has been completely sold out in recent years. All forms must be returned by Friday 30th November 2007,but please note that meeting this deadline is not a gurantee that you will be allocated a space. We advise that you return your registration form as early as possible.
Fair trade statement : To safeguard the event's fair trade principles, all stall-holders are required to complete the brief Fair Trade Statement.
Non-profit organisations : Every year we ask all stallholder to help distribute our A5 publicity leaflet. The leaflet includes all the fair's details and entertainment programme. To attract more poeple to the fair, you may even wish to include the leaflet in your Xmas mailing. We are aiming to have leaflets ready for distribution by the beginning of October. Don't forget to let us know how many leaflets you need and what date you need to receive them by.
Please note that priority will be given to traders offering fairtrade, sustainable and / or environmental goods for everyday living. Stall spaces will be awarded as fairly as possible at the organisers' discretion.. There is a strict limit of ones stall (table, average size 2.5' x 6') per organisation. However, traders with larger stocks, clothes rails etc can be accomodated as long as extra requirements are included on your application form. We will send out confirmation letters and logistical details to all applications by Wednesday 5th December 2007.

Setting up times: 9.30am to 11.00am
Opening times: 11.00am to 6.00pm
Stalls may be set up from 9.30am, to be ready for trading before the official opening at 11am.
We have arranged for a limited amount of stock to be securely stored at the Conway Hall on the evening of Friday 14th December. Any stallholders wishing to use this facility must make advance arrangements with the organisers.
All stock must be removed from the venue immediately after the event on Saturday 15th December.
